Lauro Golf is situated between the towns of Alhaurin de la Torre and Alhaurin El Grande in a conservation area known as Los Caracolillos.  Set in the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas Mountain range the views are stunning both across the mountains and to the Guadalhorce Valley below. The golf course at Lauro was built in 1992 by noted designer Folco Nardi,  who created a fantastic parkland course which is easily walked or if required golf buggies are available.  In January 2003 a new nine holes were added to compliment the existing eighteen holes, thus creating three loops of nine holes which offer a wide variety of playing options.  An old Cortijo style club house provides the perfect place to start and end your round of golf with a variety of good food at reasonable prices. A new all weather bowling green is due for completion early 2009 and 3 new padel tennis courts.


Alhaurin Golf



Located in the mountains behind Mijas.
 Alhaurín Golf is a truly beautiful course overlooking the Mijas Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea .
While it has a magnificent setting with spectacular views, the course demands accuracy 
or a bag of balls!
Apart from its magnificent Severiano Ballesteros designed par 72 course, Alhaurín Golf features superb practicing facilities with a spacious natural grass driving range, putting green, chipping green and a pretty 9 hole par 3 academy course.
The management have made significant investments in recent years to make the original 1993 Seve Ballesteros-design friendlier to all standards of golfer. The resort also has a terrific children's par 3 course adjacent to the new clubhouse.

Either of these fantastic golf courses are a must for any keen golfer.
